Fun Photo Friday ~ Happy Birthday Mom!

It's been a while since my last Fun Photo Friday, but I decided to bring it back this week to celebrate my mom's birthday!  

Mama sillianah's birthday was actually on Wednesday - I made dinner and this cake for our family celebration.  The cake is made of choux pastry layers - bottom layer filled with vanilla pastry cream and fresh berries, the top layer is filled with fresh whipped cream and more berries.  

Since my mom is diabetic, I lightly sweetened the creams with Truvia so she could indulge in her favorite dessert (cream puffs) on her special day.
