A skin soothing salve made with homegrown calendula flowers, organic jojoba oil, and beeswax sourced locally from the Hudson Valley!

Product Details:

• The salve is made in small batches with calendula flowers grown in my own garden. Harvest will begin mid-July; the flowers are then dried and infused into jojoba oil for 4-6 weeks

• Salve is similar to lip balm consistency, melts to touch

• Store in cool, dry place. Can last up to 2 years if stored properly

• The end product's color may slightly differ due to the natural variations in calendula and beeswax, as well as differences in screen settings and lighting

• Tin color may vary (see photos)

• Net weight: 2 ounces

How to use: Apply salve on skin irritations such as rashes, bug bites, minor burns, bumps and bruises. Also great for dry/chapped skin, cuticles, and lips.

Ingredients:

Calendula - known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and wound-healing properties

Jojoba oil - 100% pure, unrefined, cold-pressed, non-allergenic, non-comedogenic. Moisturizing and anti-inflammatory.

Jojoba oil is actually a liquid wax extracted from the jojoba plant - it's the closest thing in the plant world to the sebum our own skin produces, making jojoba incredibly compatible with our skin. 

Beeswax - non-comedogenic, helps prevent moisture loss by forming a protective barrier on skin and it has a subtle sweet scent of honey.
