Brush calligraphy is not only a beautiful art form; it can also be a meditative experience as you lose yourself in the rhythmic dance of brush on paper.
In this beginner-friendly class, Lillian will introduce you to the fundamentals of watercolor brush calligraphy. We'll start by warming up with the essential brush strokes, review the lowercase alphabet, and practice creating a collection of serene words and phrases. This will enable you to craft your own hand-lettered artwork, serving as a gentle reminder to pause, and be fully present in your everyday life.
No watercolor or lettering experience necessary. All supplies will be provided to use in class.
